How to edit Coin List in Telegram

Hi there,
i was trying from time to time to edit the coin list via Telegram, but never succeeded. As much as I enter, copy/paste, etc., the list is never changed.
If I use /stop, the editing is simply stopped without changes.

Can someone direct me how to do it?

Hey guys, i noticed that if you start your message with /, it will be received by the bot, but then your file will have the / character at the beginning. So, not a solution but maybe a clue for the devs.
Personally i tried this with the user.cfg, not the coin list, but when I tried, neither I managed to edit the coin list, with the same message sequence as OP.

@MasaiasuOse exactly! only doing so the command is received by the bot, but then the user.cfg file "cannot be read, even if the file has been found". and if i try to edit it again, I can see the / at the top just like you said

Ok, the reason is that the file needs to start with this line [binance_user_config]. If it doesn't exist or when it's somehow different the bot can't use the config parameter at all.

The bot normally should accept the
message without the /

Replying with the following message has no reaction by the bot

Anyway, the same happens with any of the commands requiring to write something to the bot: user.cfg edit, coin list edit, graphs..

I think I have a solution:
Before editing the coin list you have to „reply“ to the latest Bot message, then it will accept the text you enter in the message field.

It should work without the "reply". The normal condition is that the bot accepts the message either way

In my case the bot only responds when there is a reply to a message before.

@zeroboioioy yes, that's my case too! Using telegram "reply" function works, and the bot responds correctly

Hello!
The first time I ran "python -m binance_trade_bot", the connection took too long time resulting in not being able to connect to api.Binance.com.

I don't have direct access to Binance website, but I can browse and trade on Binance via VPN. However, I can't seem to use Biance_trade_bot properly, and the connection always times out. Is there a good solution for this?

If you understand how Bot works properly with VPN or know the solution, I would be extremely grateful for it !!!

Hello! Thanks a lot for your suggestion, I have tried VPS located in Japan,Hongkong, US and German, without changing the system agent and using the global mode. Unfortunately, the error still appears when running "python -m binance_trade_bot".

requests.exceptions.SSLError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='api.binance.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /api/v3/ping (Caused by SSLError(SSLZeroReturnError(6, 'TLS/SSL connection has been closed (EOF) (_ssl.c:1129)')))

So I changed verify=True to verify=False in \adapters.py and \sessions.py. It still doesn't connect and comes up with the same error as the initial one.
