Subject: [PATCH] Add Curse of the Dragonborn - REDUX (#2874)

* Curse of the Dragonborn REDUX added to Early Loaders

Added the mod in question to Early Loaders so it'll load before vampire and werewolf overhauls, as per the page instructions.
