Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm sure the secfile parser has bugs.

Describe the solution you'd like
Instrument it with fuzzing.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Replace it altogether. #507 but parsing secfile is unlikely to go soon.

Additional context
LLVM's libFuzzer, Google's fuzztest, AFL++
