Loggly supports sending a timestamp in the logs. If you dont, it will use the http(s) reception time of the log as the timestamp as described here : https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/loggly/content/admin/timestamps.htm
The issue with the reception time of the log is that when log events are very close timewise they can arrive out of order on the loggly side which can be confusing when tracking down issues.
