demo server docker image does not work on OSX #412

Building the image for the demo-server and trying to run yields:

docker: Error response from daemon: failed to create task for container: failed to create shim task: OCI runtime create failed: runc create failed: unable to start container process: exec: "/app/opcua-demo-server --raise-events --config /app/server.conf": stat /app/opcua-demo-server --raise-events --config /app/server.conf: no such file or directory: unknown.

On OSX
