Background Remover Not Working

Describe the bug

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
The BackGround Removal Tool is located in the right section of my OBS But the problem is getting the plugin to work it wont remove my background period. I am not sure how to fix this issue i tried installing the latest version of the plugin and running it in obs i also tried to delete the whole obs and retry to download and install the plugin again but I'm not sure where the issues is.

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
I Expected the plugin to work just as the multiple videos i have seen where people explain how to use it and even plug it in and i can not figure out my issue
