1. 輔助工具:

選擇「 牆面 」「 高起的台階 」

2. 動作要領:

選擇一隻腳當作 支撐腳 , 另一隻腳作為主要拉筋的 施力腳

身體站穩,並檢查全身正直,無歪斜駝背。
  • 施力腳

施力腳,向前伸直。
腳趾、前腳掌翹起,平貼於牆面。
腳跟落於地面。

  • 支撐腳

支撐腳伸直站穩。
由支撐腳的_臀部位置_,往正面前方施力。

切勿過分施力,施力方向正前方。配合慢速有節奏呼吸。
