test positions : unclear Best Move #10

your testpos.epd contains 2 positions with a Best Move (bm) but both are untrue !?

r2k1b1r/pppb1ppp/2p5/4Pn2/8/1PN2N2/P1P2PPP/R1B2RK1 b - - bm Ke8; id "testpos.1";
rn1qkb1r/pbp2ppp/1p2pn2/3p4/2PP4/3BPN2/PP3PPP/RNBQK2R w - - bm Nbd2; id "testpos.2"

i tested these positions with a few engines, also the newest Stockfish, but these bm's are NOT Best Moves .. can you explain ?
