Hello, I've read the DeepSimulator1.5 paper and there doesn't seem to be an indication on whether it was trained using R9 or R10 chemistry. DeepSimulator seems to have been trained using R9, but have you generated an R10 chemistry based signal generator? Or is the current signal generator robust to different chemistries?

Thank you for your time

Hi, thank you for your interest!
Yes, we trained DS1.5 on R9. But two students are working on updating DS. We will keep you posted.

Awesome! I'm looking forward to any updates and simulating some R10 trace data :)
