有了AppointStateEnum是否能够替换掉AppointException、NoNumberException、RepeatAppointException这3个异常呢。这种状态枚举和异常，怎么取舍呢?个人更加倾向枚举。。

如果用了枚举，那你方法的正常返回值如何处理，你说那种有点像Go呀
