The factors of 1/gamma [days]

As discussed in #392, 1/gamma (= tau/ 24 / 60 / sigma) [days] calclulated with SIR-F model is not equals to the recovery period.

It will be a good idea to discuss the factors of 1/gamma so that we can undestand and enhance the ODE models deeply.
