missing german translation and no string on weblate

expected behaviour: everything is translated in german when using the app in german
behaviour: i am creating a new idea, when i click on Ideenbeschreibung a new text field opens i the app, where i can write down the idea description, the button for adding is not translated to "Hinzufügen" but is still on "Add", there is also no string in weblate for this button
