#7149 signal message that profile photo has been changed is late and confusing

expected behaviour: When changing profil picture and saving, i want to be sure that everything worked
behaviour: I upload a new profil photo sucessfully and click on save, nothing happens, so i am not sure if it saved my change, only if i click "back" on go to the overall profile setting view, after a while the signal message "profile photo has been changed sucessfully appears

device & browser: IPhone XS, Galaxy Tab S6 Lite

Note: on android emulator it redirects to profile setting view, thats how it should be
