#8547 [mB] interactive event: moderator view (Sev) - Questions flicker when they are marked as 'answered' by a Moderator

Moderator/ Admin

expected behaviour:
The Question shouldn't disappear on the initial question-list but stay on it if the user is an Admin or a Moderator.

behaviour:
When a question is marked as 'answered' it disappears and then re-appears for a short moment. Causing it and the list to flicker.
