Untested, half-baked implementation of a Kafka Connect controller, as part of the Kafka adapter. This enables other adapters to emit
KafkaConnectors (viaResourceProvider), which will get deployed as part of a pipeline. For example, it's possible to deploy a Debezium connector downstream of a MySQL table:Published early for reference purposes.
