Logs for bulk API don't show what entities or operations are involved #747

It's nice to get metrics on what lightblue is being used for and we've been using logs to do that. A gap we have is with the bulk API. Because the entities and operations are in the request we can't use access logs alone to identify what is going on. Could we log something that has overall what types of requests are part of that bulk request so we can review how it is used? Thinking a single log statement that has a count of all operation+entity within the request in a format that's easy to parse. A consideration for ease of finding this data would be if we can make it part of the access logs. Maybe then a single log statement won't work.
