Lichess does not block Tor and I successfully played an anonymous game just now. My best guess is that someone used the particular exit node, got rate limited, and eventually IP banned. Maybe try a new channel? There is one limitation (that looks completely different): It is possible to play anonymous games or games with an existing account, but we do not allow registering new accounts via Tor. |

There is one limitation (that looks completely different): It is possible to play anonymous games or games with an existing account, but we do not allow registering new accounts via Tor.
