The 3DO/Opera core is the only one where the controller doesn't work in BizHawk. I'm not sure why. I initially thought it was related to RETRO_DEVICE_JOYPAD, but from what I've seen in the code, it seems to be the default. Since BizHawk doesn't have any settings, it's hard to identify the issue. I believe it might be due to the number of devices the 3DO supports, such as FLIGHTSTICK, ARCADE_LIGHTGUN, ORBATK_TRACKBALL, and others. For a TAS tool, the normal JoyPad is sufficient for now.
