It was one of the first 3DO games and is still unplayable

Not sure what you mean. Orbatak is a 3DO arcade game and has been supported in Opera with custom controller support for years.

I just read that it needs a specific bios to start, could you tell me the name of the bios?

It's an arcade game so it requires the arcade rom.
