Autobahn Tokio - Intro freezes

While the game is playable, the looping intro, where you can see two cars around the city freezes (well, actually slows totally down, with cracking sound) after the final "Presented by Panasonic and Sanai" titles. I've checked on computers and several handhelds and this error is still there. I've tested several hack options, but error is still there.
