Travis CI build for official release aborts with "non-master" branch #39

Official release 3.2.0 should have been automatically build and pushed as release candidate "v.3.2.0-rc". However, the build process exited with "not publishing. is non master branch" at https://github.com/liblouis/liblouis/blob/master/.travis/after_success/emscripten.sh#L1

Release is actually available as development build. Tag was added later... the build script failed to ammend the release tag.

Should check TRAVIS_TAG see https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/environment-variables/
