Optimize conversions: Starknet starterpack: Not enough balance => orbiter or layer swap integration

Still an idea atm: If a user doesn't have enough to buy a domain, we should redirect him to a partner allowing to easily get money on Starknet. We can think about a custom orbiter finance page where the user just have to send his chosen stablecoin from Coinbase to their address to receive his "Starknet starterpack": a dot stark and $1 of STRK to get started.
