Use performance data to calculate takeoff speeds in PERF TO

You probably know better than me but I seem to recall this not being a thing on the real A32x. I won't say whether to include or not, something something realism/something something no other tools to accurately perform these calcs

These calculations are intended to be part of the takeoff data uplink, which will automatically fill in the PERF TO page
