I just found this package link, and according to their paper link, it could be a nice solution for generic neutron capture gamma cascades.

I do not think it is as precise as Peters MAURINA models (it does not consider spin as far as I can see), but since we only have those for certain isotopes, using this would be significantly better than what G4 does on its own.

I will read into this and will summarize it here.
