Add Downgrade CI

Fixes #52.

The following adjustment to the package versions were made:

• [email protected] (in Project.toml)
  • [email protected]
    • [email protected]
• [email protected] (to combine Measurements with Unitful)
• [email protected] (to avoid using undefined floatrange)
• [email protected] (to avoid calling undefined Base._memcpy! in _typed_load)
• [email protected] (Calculate correct eltype when multiplying StepRangeLen by Units)
