Unable to reopen context menu after opening and clicking away #4757

Observed behavior

Load a Studio channel
Right click on a content node
Click away (the header) to close the context menu
Attempt right click again on the same node
Observe nothing happens

Expected behavior

The right click menu can be reopened if closed by clicking away

User-facing consequences

This does not appear to be a regression as it exists in production at this time.
