The issue regarding the number of V2V links #32

In the code, the number of n_veh is 4, but in the paper, the number of V2V links is mentioned as 4. Shouldn't it be 2 instead?

Thank you for your question. The number of n_veh means the number of vehicles in this system. Here, we set it as 4. The number of V2V links means the total number of V2V links in this system. Here, we consider the scenario where each vehicle communicates with the nearest vehicle. Therefore, the number of V2V links is set as 4.

In this scenario, if there are 4 vehicles, each of which establishes a communication link with the nearest vehicle, wouldn't each vehicle actually only establish V2V links with 3 other vehicles?
