Here, we consider the scenario where each vehicle communicates with the nearest vehicle. Therefore, the number of V2V links is set as 4.
In this scenario, if there are 4 vehicles, each of which establishes a communication link with the nearest vehicle, wouldn't each vehicle actually only establish V2V links with 3 other vehicles?
In the code, the number of n_veh is 4, but in the paper, the number of V2V links is mentioned as 4. Shouldn't it be 2 instead?
