Description of the issue you are having

If you ultimine a blocks directly under the sky block, it will cause the sky block to become transparent.

Little extra info, This issue also happens with the void block.

I had this in Stoneblock 3 when using the Mining Gadget Mk3 with a 3x3 upgrade from the Mining Gadget mod. I was not mining the Skyblock, but some blocks near it and this happened.
