Description
This PR drops the trivy scan from the docker image build and publish workflow for the time being. It also adds in the
ipdbinteractive debugger for better debugging in.pyfiles, and theipymplpackage for generating interactive plots using%matplotlib ipymplor%matplotlib widget.Verification
