Use python to execute shell commands.

We can do this in IPython using the %%script cell magic. How will Shell Notebook be different then? There hasn't been much discussion in the Etherpad that you created for the sprint.

Ηι @onyb! That's the way to start, in order to have a base for executing shell commands in the IPython Notebook. Then we are planning to create compatible shell kernel for the jupyter notebook (https://github.com/jupyter/notebook) in issue #7.
