I'm having trouble with the final piece -- running the docker-test-xtension.sh

My error is Error: No such container: cython-tutorial. I noticed that if you do the docker-free install, you create a conda environment called cython-tutorial, so I was wondering if either the wires got crossed in the README.md or since I already manage a few conda environments on my machine the setup had trouble making me a new one.
