A:IRubyObject io;
B:this.io = new BufferedInputStream(new GZIPInputStream(new IOInputStream(io)));

このような文A,Bがあった時、旧MASUでは、"new IOInputStream(io)"がioを参照しているとみなされ、A→Bというエッジが引かれていたと思うのですが、対応できますか？
