Currently, kitt update will only add packages to an existing repository. Removing packages can only be done by creating a new repository, not by updating an existing one. Let's find a solution for removing packages from an existing repository.

Based on the discussions with Jan: this is non-trivial and nice-to have so we should implement this when there's a real need
