Acceptance Criteria

Attach interactive kubectl actions to all bot messages in Discord channels:

Interactive kubectl command builder triggered by shortcuts k / kc/ kcc. The builder should behave the same as the one in Slack. Investigation needed if technically feasible

Reason

Make kubectl easier / faster to work with on Discord / Discord Mobile.
Eliminate the need to type commands.
