Hello! I'm not sure if this is a bug, per se, but I am trying to configure the cloudflare provider to update records for a development subdomain of my apex domain. It seems external-dns isn't updating cloudflare. So, for example, I have www.dev.[domain.com]. I want external-dns to update cloudflare with the target address. It doesn't seem to be finding a match; it seems that the cloudflare provider pulls the zones and isn't matching on dev.[domain.com] - and doesn't update anything.
I see that there's a way to manage subdomains as independent zones, which may fix this problem I'm having, but I am not an enterprise customer and can't see myself becoming one. Is there any hope here? Am I doing something wrong?
