We have created the go version of the Mapper Development Framework before https://github.com/kubeedge/mapper-framework, but there are also demands for other languages ​​in actual business. Due to different programming languages, the java version of mapper-framework cannot be directly placed in the original repo, so we needs to be established a new repo for storage.
