This touches on a large question which is how the tool should support multiple versions of MacOS with different security properties.
We could just try to stay on the latest MacOS version, but it would be nice to support multiple versions.
I've raised this issue on drduh's guide as a superior forum for discussing the Secure Virtual Memory as I couldn't find anything certain after a brief Googling.
Setting the hibernation mode to 25 would cause the system to write the RAM content to the /var/vm/sleepimage - but this file is not encrypted?
Newer Macbooks introduced the Secure Virtual Memory.
Reconsider to set the hibernation mode?
