keep entry thumbnails on backup

Describe your suggested feature

the entries thumbnails need to load up again after restoring backups. I feel like it should stay in the backup. Depending on the size of your library, it takes a while to reload everything and I wouldn't want to update everything on a single update, as it takes quite a while to finish the update
for reference, I have 10000 entries + or - and it takes about 2 complete days to finish updating the whole library with metadata activated.
btw I don't mean custom thumbnails but the thumbnails from the actual site
