[Feature Request] Implementing LCP drm support #121

More and more distributors use LCP as second drm available, i know some ereader owned by kobo distributed by "Club" can read lcp protected ebook.

Recently Slovenian libraries have migrated to Readium / LCP (the previous system used Adobe, I think), so borrowing ePubs now requires LCP.
