v1 API for KafkaChannel

Problem

We've using v1beta1 APIs for KafkaChannle for a while, we need to bump them up to v1

The v1 API should be the same as the previous version

Tasks:

• Add v1 API to CRD https://github.com/knative-extensions/eventing-kafka-broker/blob/main/control-plane/config/eventing-kafka-broker/100-channel/100-kafka-channel.yaml
• Add v1 directory to Go types https://github.com/knative-extensions/eventing-kafka-broker/tree/main/control-plane/pkg/apis/messaging
• Add conversion webhook https://github.com/knative-extensions/eventing-kafka-broker/blob/main/control-plane/cmd/webhook-kafka/main.go and configure the correct webhook service
