http://download.openzim.org/release/libzim/libzim_linux-x86_64-manylinux-9.2.3-1.tar.gz only contains includes

This dates back 9.2.2 (and the name change from bionic to manylinux)

Manylinux build are based on Redhat and libs are put in `/lib64`
directory and not in `/lib/<arch>/` as on Debian based build.
