Page zoom change when app goes to background / rotate on iPad

When Kiwix is running on iPad, if the user rotate the screen, the page would appear zoomed in and viewport position would move. This effect is exacerbated when user rotate the screen between portrait and landscape several times in a row. However, in some occasions if user did not pinch to zoom, the issue seems less likely to happen.

Similar thing happens when app is put in background. This is likely because iPadOS resize the app in different size config and take screenshot in order to show them in app switcher.

One potential solution could be adding a app level toggle to disable page zoom via setting initial-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=1.0, user-scalable=no on the viewport.

However, after a discussion with @kelson42, we have decided to not to do anything for now.
