Explanation to build recipe in iOS

Hi everybody,
First I would like to thank you for your work that already help me a lot as it it.
Nevertheless, I would like to add scikit-learn and maybe opencv-python and scipy that are not available by default.

From what I understood I need to build a recipe (concept I am not familiar at all with) and it is say to inspire from the android version.
Could you provide the necessary changes to do from the android version in order to build a custom recipe for iOS ?
