[Feature][Mobile] Add a list of actions in the mobile layout to type code more easely on touch devices

Something like this

The first toolbar selects what second toolbar wants

The second toolbar allows you to replace the current instruction

The third toolbar moves the cursor, changes indentation and adds removes new lines.

While touch devices aren't really allowed in the OMI (main target of ReKarel), it could still be used with the mouse which could argue a competitive significance (?)
