In addition to piping from grep, it may be useful to also allow for simple search expressions directly in cats.

Moreover, the '--cpg' switch could be generalized to allow highlighting various features, e.g. something like:

cats -s cpg input.fasta
cats --search cpg,xxx,yyy input.fasta

This way the help dialog won't become overcrowded with different sequence features.
