Given the amount of spam in this Issues tracker, and the Reddit problem, I suspect Keybase may be abandoned.

It's just that Github's spam problem is getting out of control even for maintained repos

I'm speculating, but both Twitter and Reddit have become pretty hostile to API users, so I'm guessing that's a reason why those are failing, though Facebook is failing too.
