The cloud tool doesn't ask for SMTP password

The default deployment command, e.g.:

./cloud deploy project-name "" 1 -v

doesn't ask for the SMTP user password, while it should. It might also need to ask for other passwords, such as the PostgreSQL admin password. Figure out what's going on and make it ask the required passwords.
