Logging checkbox does not toggle logging #206

If I see this checkbox unselected, I would expect that all logging is turned off

However, logs from Laravel in ../storage/log/laravel.log and logs from Machinery in log.stash are still being actively created.

As a temporary fix, can you tell how to turn these logs off manually or at least change logging level from INFO to ERROR?

might be a little bit misleading, when logging is enabled it shows more verbose logging..
