PushBullet integration no longer works

Since 10 december the PushBullet integration stopped working
I see this in the logs
10/12/2019 20:14:03.925 INFO [trivial] IoPushbullet: response to upload request {"data":{" ....
followed by
10/12/2019 20:14:06.009 ERROR [trivial] IO: can't execute

I have noticed that earlier the PushBullet logs showed three requests to upload an image, but now it gets stuck after the first one.

Maybe the PushBullet API changed?
