On install, error on re

On install I get this error:

Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement re (from -r requirements.txt (line 2)) (from versions: )
No matching distribution found for re (from -r requirements.txt (line 2))

I am using Mac OS El Capitan and python

no need to install
re
urlparse
optparse
hashlib
cgi
traceback

It is already installed when you make a virtualenv, if you are using virtualenv

only do

pip install termcolor bs4
